At Artful Wood Designs, we currently offer local delivery and studio pickup for eligible orders. Available fulfillment options are shown automatically at checkout based on the customer's address.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within 50 km of our Edmonton location.

Eligible customers will see:

Most local-delivery orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after the order is placed. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

We may contact you by email or phone if additional information is required to complete your delivery.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that the location is reasonably accessible for delivery.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or no safe delivery arrangement can be made, we may contact you to arrange another delivery or studio pickup. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Studio Pickup

We offer free studio pickup in Edmonton.

Most orders are ready for pickup within 2–5 business days. Custom and personalized products may require additional processing time.

We will contact you when your order is ready. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving.

Pickup details and the pickup location are provided during checkout and with your order information.

Orders Outside the Local Delivery Area

Customers within Alberta but outside our local-delivery area may be able to place an order using studio pickup in Edmonton, where available at checkout.

We currently do not offer Canada-wide shipping.

Customers whose location is not covered by one of our available delivery or pickup options may not be able to complete checkout.

Delivery and Processing Times

Delivery and pickup estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally occur because of:

• Custom or personalized production requirements

• High order volumes

• Material availability

• Severe weather or unsafe road conditions

• Events outside our reasonable control

If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time beyond the standard delivery or pickup estimates.

Where additional time is expected, we may provide an estimated completion timeframe when confirming the order.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it is delivered or picked up.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at admin@artfulwooddesigns.com with your order number and photographs of the item and relevant packaging.

Changes to Delivery or Pickup

If you need to change your delivery address or pickup arrangements, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered production or has been scheduled for delivery.
